Talent Poacher helps employers hire specialist talent without managing job ads, applications, or long screening funnels. Send us the role brief and we turn it into a targeted search. We source from our candidate network, including 10,000+ registered candidates, and search across 1 billion+ public professional profiles to find highly relevant people worth hiring. Registered candidates are prioritised, but we also proactively reach passive talent who may not be actively applying. We technically assess and pre-qualify each shortlisted candidate against the role requirements, including core skills, relevant experience, availability, compensation expectations, and genuine interest. You receive a small ranked shortlist with clear evidence for why each person matches, so your team only needs to run the final culture-fit check. You only pay when a placement lasts longer than 90 days.

Talent Poacher is completely free for candidates. Employers only pay after a successful outcome lasting more than 3 months: 10% of annual salary for full-time hires, 10% of contract value for contract roles up to 1 year, 100$ for part-time engagements, and no fee for internships.
